Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: what happens if I am not automatically redirected to Paypal? A: you must complete the purchase at Paypal before your order can be shipped. If you are not taken to the Paypal page, note the total order amount, log into Paypal, and choose "send payment" to laura@lfntextiles.com for the exact amount of the order.
Q: When can I expect my ribbon to arrive? A: LFN ships every order within 24 hours of receiving conrifmation of payment. In very rare cases, it may take 3 or 4 days maximum for the order to be sent. If this is the case you will be notified. Regular orders are sent USPS Priority Mail from zip code 47631 (Indiana) and should take 2-3 days to reach their destination.
